Nubenegra is a hip-hop artist from A Coruña, Galicia. She began her music career in 2016, recording at the studios of Coke Céspedes, better known as ElPutoCoke. In 2018, she released her first project on. Over the years, the artist has explored different sounds and developed a unique voice characterized by the fusion of languages (Spanish and Galician) and genres such as. With nearly 600,000 plays of her tracks on YouTube and 30,000 streams on Spotify, Nubenegra has established herself as an emerging voice within the Galician music scene, ready to keep growing rapidly.
Key Milestones
HHGroups and El Caballo Rojo
In 2018, Nubenegra released her first EP on the specialized platform HHGroups, El Caballo Rojo, a 7-track project recorded in two days and produced by ElPutoCoke, which reached number one on the platform during its first week.The project surpassed thousands of downloads and marked her first connection with a wider audience while still in her teens, standing out for a style focused on flow, lyricism, and wordplay.
Akobra
In 2024, she released her first song in Galician, Akobra, which was very well received, reaching around 100,000 plays on YouTube and 25,000 streams on Spotify. This allowed her to grow, expand her audience, and opened the door to performing at Ceibarimas 2024.
Ceibarimas
While preparing the release of her album No. 25, Nube took part in CeibaRimas 2024, the only freestyle project in Galician, making history by becoming the first woman to compete in the event since its creation. From her participation came the track “Raiña Da Xungla”, after winning the Audience Award, which included the recording of a single and music video. Produced by MisterMyr, the song became one of the standout releases of her career and was later included on the album due to its impact. At CeibaRimas 2025, the artist performed the track live during the main event of the Galician freestyle scene, organized by Agalega.The live performance can be watched in the link below from minute 1 onward.
Discography
EP recorded, mixed, and mastered by Coke Céspedes, created in the summer of 2017. Its seven tracks form a project with two sides: a more critical one, with songs such as Blackcloud and La Favorita, and a more intimate side with tracks like Aún Puedo Sentir and Chris.
A bilingual album that moves through different subgenres of rap (classic, Detroit, trap, etc.), exploring a life journey shaped by personal restlessness and the feeling of marginalization and social exclusion.
The project was born as a tool for catharsis and a spiritual refuge. In the artist’s own words, it is “a journey between who we want to be when the world shouts that we are nobody, and who we truly are — a journey of pain and dreams, but above all, of hope.”
Nube is currently working on her next two projects: one in Spanish with ElPutoCoke handling production, and another in Galician with MisterMyr. Through them, she aims to explore new sounds within hip-hop and present two works that achieve a perfect balance between lyricism and musicality, highlighting her artistic maturity. Several singles are already available on Spotify as previews.

RAP / “Nº25” es un álbum que entiende el rap más allá de la memoria y el refugio. La artista coruñesa recorre una amplia variedad de subgéneros de la escena –del clásico al detroit o al trap– para narrar una vida marcada por el des- ahucio y la exclusión social. El disco también se revuelve, con naturalidad, en la tradición gallega, como en “Akobra” o “Teño un mal”, en donde gaita y panderetas dialogan incluso con ritmos cariocas. En estas canciones hay dolor y hay sueños, pero sobre todo una esperanza obstinada: la voluntad de corregirle la jugada al crupier que repartió las cartas de nuestra vida.
